There are two jobs the mailbox cannot take on. It cannot see into an account at Muskan Club, since nothing here is wired to the club’s systems; a lost password or a query about a round has to be raised with the club’s own customer service. Nor can it act on an account opened through the Register buttons, because such an account sits with the partner gaming platform those buttons lead to, and that platform runs a help desk of its own.
